Special Wristband Holders Discount for Basia Bulat with SNS!

Thursday, October 21st, 2010

Basia Bulat is performing with Symphony Nova Scotia this Friday, October 22! As a HPX wristband holder, we’re offering you a 20% discount on this show. Just use the code word “Grieg” when you contact the box office:

Online: click here
Phone: 494.3820 or 1.800.874.1669
In person: Dalhousie Arts Centre, 6101 University Avenue (12-6 Monday-Friday)

What’s the show going to be like? Basia’s sound is full of intimate orchestration, poignant songwriting, and warmth from her rich alto voice – a great combination with the full Symphony behind her. She’ll be performing songs from her albums Oh, My Darling and Heart of My Own on guitar, autoharp, hammered harp, piano, and charango. The orchestral arrangements for this show are being done by none other than last year’s Symphony/HPX guest Owen Pallett, so if you loved his concert last year, this will be more of the same!
