…early bird passes and host hotel rooms now on sale

The Halifax Pop Explosion (HPX) announces Basia Bulat with Symphony Nova Scotia (Friday, October 22) as the first act confirmed for the festival’s 2010 line-up. Taking place from October 19-23, HPX is happy to announce that early bird passes are on sale now for the lowest prices in the festival’s 18 years history. The festival is also hosting a fundraiser show on June 04 at The Paragon with In-Flight Safety, Andrew Watt & The Glory Glory, Milks & Rectangles, Racoon Bandit .

2010 Tickets and Pass information to be announced soon with our pre sale in April 2010

Passes are available in advance by phone and online from Ticketpro, or at the HPX Box Office at the Citadel Hotel. There are a very limited number of passes available.

Read our ticket and pass primer so you know more about how the tickets, passes, registration work. You will not be mailed a pass, you will be mailed a voucher that you will redeem for a pass at the Citadel Hotel.

We are pleased to offer three passes tailored to meet your needs, whether you’re an industry weasel, a fan, or interested in the conference. Passes can be reserved online. Passes will be available for pickup at the HPX Box Office at the Citadel Hotel.
