Cesar Andion is Madrid born. He has been working for 30 years in the music industry from local artist Management in the mid 80s, record label distribution later on that decade with stalwart labels like Sub pop, Crypt, City Slang, Crammed, Lookout, etc, to then join Robert Grimás “La Iguana Internacional” and Iguapop live concerts promoting company in the early 90s with the boom of alternative /indie rock, grunge and Brit pop. The company merged into Gamerco Group in Barcelona in the 2000s and then Live Nation Spain was formed in 2006.
He has nine years of international music industry experience as a promoter, DJ and radio broadcaster in Auckland (New Zealand) and Melbourne (Australia) in the early 2ks.
Cesar is PR & Talent for Live Nation Madrid, Local Talent A&R, MGMT and Export division. He also manages some new projects within the company such as KidNation, DcodeLab and University and Export Bureaus relationships.
He spends his free time with records (vinyl), his Triumph Bonneville, his Vespa 160 GT (1977), playing football, supporting Atletico de Madrid and DJing at bars in Madrid and at Spanish Festivals.
